Fees and other dues are payable quarterly as noted below :

Important

Tuition fee for three months is payable by 15th (fifteenth) of April, July, October and January at the counter of Oriental Bank of Commerce, Prabhu Dayal Public School premises, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. A fee booklet is issued for this purpose. Late fee is charged after the stipulated payment period. After payment the depositor’s copy is to be retained by the parent.

If the due date happens to be a holiday no late fee is charged on the following day. Parents are advised to pay the fee and other charges before the due date to avoid any inconvenience. After the due date the fee and other charges are to be paid at the school fee counter.

The date of presentation of the cheque will be treated as day of payment, provided the cheque is not dishonoured. Any cheque returned by the bank will be treated as non payment of fee and a penalty of Rs.100/- apart from charges, will be levied.

Parents should give correct particulars i.e. Name of the student, Admission Number, Class/Section etc. while depositing the fees.

A nominal caution money is to be deposited at the time of admission of the pupil. This amount is refundable when the student finally leaves the school.

Caution money is refundable in full only after settlement of all the dues. It can be claimed at any time before the end of 6 months from the academic session.

All cash collections and payments at the Fee Counter are made strictly in accordance with the following timings :

NOTE : Parents may Request to pay month wise fee till 10th of every month (without late fee charge or till 15th of the same month) with Rs.100/- late fee charge. After 15th the name of the student will be struck off if fee is not paid.

LATE FEE CHARGES (FOR QUARTERLY PAYMENT MODE)

In case where the fees are not deposited by the dates specified against each quarter, late fee will be charged as under :

Rs.50/- beyond the due date till 20th of the month.

Rs.100/- till the end of the month.

Rs.200/- till 15th of the second month of the quarter.

Rs.300/- till the 15th of the end of the second month of the quarter.

Thereafter, the name of the student will be struck off the rolls. Readmission will be given at the discretion of the Principal after paying readmission fee and other dues.
